這張《勁歌金曲2》新曲加精選也收錄了基仔與“金牌一條順”的合唱新歌“年年有今日”，有INK、側田、方力申、小肥、6號鼎力唱和。2CD+卡拉OK DVD碟內也輯錄了多年來基仔由2003年《遊戲基》至《Moments》在Gold Label的22首精選金曲、11首K歌金曲和“情歌王”新歌MV。
