那麼主要的人流是什麼人士.
年齡多大.附近有什麼餐廳?
附近是什麼區?工業區?學校?屋邨?地盤?
想開什麼餐廳?賣什麼食物?
有什麼賣點?食品價格?
很多要考慮.
因為我自己想在幾年後開一間咖啡店.
所以現在都會留意這些~

既然你是要比較注重學院生，那你就開一間普通的，現在到處都有，可以有飯（不是經濟飯），那種有蛋，然後湯（小小碗的，好像你去吃雞飯的），料，你可以多元化，+ 水（菊花，豆水or BARLEY)， 就是套餐那種.

我本身很喜歡這種的，價錢1set可以RM6-8(這是pg的價錢for CAFE，KL的可能會貴一點， 除了SET,還可以炒飯，面啊，料多元化就可以了，不然就是清湯面，要不然就做些pie,fries,麵包啊都可以。現在的年輕人比我們這些工作的人還會花錢。他們有兼職的，就電話可以花RM1000++  

晚上我就不知道了，我個人會去coffee bean, star bucks, OLD TOWN CAFE , mamak, 不然就是KOPITIAM, 只要可以聊天，聚集在一起，無所謂啦，

Thank for ur idea,,, hihi,,, i here near by got 2 cafe,,, i want do something they don hv, like curry, qingtang, tomyan Miian fen gao, hihi,wan tan mee, and yong tau fu, may be also fried oster,,, hihi, than i also will combine this all with the mamak food, mean the shop will hv mamak, and oriental style, and the important point is,,, no pork,,,,, hihi, so all can come lol....[@19$] [@19$]

good, curry will more to factory workers as they all are malays & indian, last time the cafe beside my college at first start of with all the food i suggest above, business very good, students will go, lecturer will go, and that area is also banking area, lunch hour a lot of ppl come to eat as teh price is reasonable,  then later duno who suggest change to curry, everyday the dish u go in and c is all curry, we chinese do luv curry but not everyday, so end up the shop 'ZAP LAP'...proper business dun wan, that area a lot of chinese, should go for majority......

actually is just do changes on teh dish, a lot of shopping complex now got a lot this kind of cafe, they all manage to survive. prove that youngsters nowadays prefer this kind of things.  Soup can chnage everyday, today is vege soup, tomorow is chicken soup, no need to put chicken lah, juz a few slice fish ball can, u cook 1 whole pot can do whole day.

if that place is a business area, the best is if u can serve some pie, mufins, i mean for tea time, sales ppl when meet client can eat also.
