故事筒介 ：
《尖子攻略》（Your Class or Mine），香港電視廣播有限公司時裝電視劇。監製張乾文。本劇以高清技術拍攝。而且，本劇更邀得英皇教育補習天皇蕭源擔任唯一顧問。
本剧主以轻松喜剧的手法反映香港学生及其家人如个面对考试。令观众觉写实之余，亦有舒口气之余地。
剧中男主角彭锦秋（欧阳震华饰），三年前曾经是香港著名的“水货大王”，可惜棋差一著导致负债累累。每天过著勒紧肚皮，努力还债的日子。某天却给他发现了一个翻身机会~一支被选中当上某品牌亚洲区的代言人的青年足球队。于是努力挤身成为此球队的营运总监
谁料当一切都好似如其所料发展时，几个主要队员却因为要准备会考而纷纷要求离队。彭锦秋为完成自己的翻身大计，遂提出承诺：只要继续留在球队，就有办法令大家会考考到20分。
为了完成诺言及合约，彭锦秋找来名校界有名之私人补习教师严家励（邓萃雯饰）出手拯救不是读书料子的波牛。唯一向以严厉见称的严家励，对于这群波牛也束手无策。
而另一方面彭锦秋虽没有什么学历，但因生活累积的经验令他对读书和考试有一套独特的心得，于是又尝试以奇特的方法训练这群大男孩，于是与严家励在教学上的时起争执。更因而产生一份好感，唯却发现严家励为他人之情妇………
与此同时，球队又因所代言产品的代理商之家族斗争正要面临解散。
究竟彭锦秋如何保住这队球队？球员的成绩会否突飞猛进？严家励与彭锦秋的感情又何去何从？考试的意义又是什么呢？
