1- 先煲滾一大煲水, 水要足夠蓋過2隻龍蝦, 加入海鹽[/size]
[size=4]2- 龍蝦先放尿, 洗淨(如果怕, 可以唔做), 再放入滾水, 轉中火以1磅至1磅25安士大少來計, 煲6-8分鐘左右, 即可享用[/size]
[font=Verdana][size=2]1- Boil a water where the water is enough to cover two lobster.  Add some sea salt.[/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2]2- Clean the lobster properly and putit into the hot water.  Turn to medium heat, and boil it around 6-8 minfor 1 or 1.25lbs lobsters.  Serve hot.
