Assorted Seafood Salad w/Morinade
Ingredients : 200g Prawns
1 Squid (mid)
400g White clams
1/4 Onion
1 Green pepper
1 Red pepper
3 tbsp crushed coriander
Some vegetables salad
Vegetables : 1/2 Onion(shredded)
1/4 cup carrot(shredded)
1/4 cup celery(diced)
Some parsley
Marinade : 2/3 tsp salt
1 tsp chopped garlic
5/2 tbsp white wine
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp herb vinegar
3/2 tsp whole mustard
A pinch of pepper
Seasoning : 200 cc white wine
Some salt & a pinch of pepper
Method : (1) Rinse and remove intestines of prawns. Remove
internal organs from squid & rinse clams.
(2) Remove seeds from capsicums, skin & cut onion into
chunks.
(3) Place all vegetable in a pan, pour in seasonings, cook
until done. Distinguish cover lid to steam with high
heat 3-4 mins and add in squid. Prawns are done,
clam until its mouth opened. Then pour off juice for
later use.
(4) Leave seafood to cool. shell prawns and clam. Cut
squid into rings.
(5) Blend in (2) vegetables. Marinade & steam juice
mix with assorted seafood. Then put in refigerator
to marinate for about 2 hours. Dish up with salad
vegetables, crushed parsley & serve.
